Fetchling ("we," "us") provides automated SEO and AI-visibility audits for websites. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- The URL you submit for a free scan.
- Your email address, if you optionally request the free report after viewing results, sign in, or complete a purchase.
- Payment information, processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- Basic technical data about the site you scan (its public HTML, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and similar publicly accessible files) in order to generate your audit.
How we use it
- To run the scan and generate your report.
- To email you your report or send account-related messages.
- To process payment for a purchased report.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, for payment processing.
- Supabase, our database and authentication provider, which stores scan results and account data.
- Our AI provider (via the Lovable AI Gateway), only for the paid full report and its deeper analysis. The free scan uses deterministic checks and does not send content to this provider.
- Firecrawl, only for the paid full report when rendered or multi-page analysis is requested. The free scan uses direct HTTP checks instead.
We do not sell your data.
Data retention
We retain scan and account data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time.
