Fetchling ("we," "us") provides automated SEO and AI-visibility audits for websites. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- The URL you submit for a free scan.
- Your email address, if you provide it to view free scan results or complete a purchase.
- Payment information, processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
- Basic technical data about the site you scan (its public HTML, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and similar publicly accessible files) in order to generate your audit.
How we use it
- To run the scan and generate your report.
- To email you your report or send account-related messages.
- To process payment for a purchased report.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, for payment processing.
- Supabase, our database and authentication provider, which stores scan results and account data.
- Our AI provider (via the Lovable AI Gateway), which processes scanned page content to generate audit findings.
- Firecrawl, which we use to fetch and render pages during a scan.
We do not sell your data.
Data retention
We retain scan and account data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time.
